Former Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Keivo has addressed his controversial exit from the reality show, admitting that his emotions got the better of him during the incident that brought his time in the house to an abrupt end. The reality star was disqualified on September 29 after a physical confrontation with fellow housemate Tram.

Reflecting on the incident days after his exit, Keivo accepted responsibility for his actions and acknowledged that the situation should not have escalated into a physical confrontation. He said he had taken time to think about what happened and recognised that resorting to physical action was not the right response, regardless of how strongly he felt at the time.

Despite the unexpected end to his BBNaija journey, Keivo expressed gratitude to Big Brother and MultiChoice for giving him the platform to share his personality and story with viewers. He also thanked his family, friends and supporters who stood by him, voted for him and hoped to see him make it to the final stages of the competition.

Keivo further assured his supporters that he intends to learn from the experience and use it as an opportunity for personal growth. According to him, he entered the house hoping Nigerians would get to know the person behind the name, and he is grateful that millions of viewers were able to connect with his journey, even as they held him accountable for his actions.

Looking ahead, the former housemate has turned his attention to what comes next, asking God for mercy, wisdom, grace and strength as he begins a new chapter. His disqualification came just days before the Season 11 finale, bringing an unexpected conclusion to his time on the show and leaving him to reflect on both the opportunities and lessons from his BBNaija experience.
