Nigerian comedian and singer Carter Efe has continued his unbeaten run in the celebrity boxing scene after defeating controversial entertainer Speed Darlington in a highly anticipated clash. Efe secured a technical knockout victory during their four-round encounter at the latest edition of “Chaos in the Ring.”

The fight, held on October 1 at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, quickly became one of the major talking points from the event. Efe controlled much of the action from the opening exchanges, putting pressure on Speed Darlington before the bout was eventually stopped when the latter was unable to continue moving effectively.

The victory adds another win to Efe’s growing record in the crossover boxing series. Before facing Speed Darlington, the comedian had taken on singer Habeeb “Portable” Badmus in the inaugural “Chaos in the Ring” contest on May 1, 2026. Efe emerged victorious in that encounter after all three judges scored the three-round fight 30-27 in his favour.

Efe and Speed Darlington’s showdown also carried plenty of attention because of the heated exchanges between both entertainers before fight night. Their rivalry had played out through provocative comments on social media and public appearances, eventually leading to a physical contest inside the ring.

With the latest win, Carter Efe remains undefeated in the “Chaos in the Ring” series, while Speed Darlington walks away with a defeat from his latest celebrity boxing appearance. The clash further adds to the growing popularity of celebrity boxing in Nigeria, where entertainers are increasingly taking their online rivalries and competitive banter into the ring.
